Merry Christmas! It's been a very busy weekend trying to finish my shopping and I know I still have gifts to sew. I wish I would get those great gift ideas earlier in the year. I don't know what I would do if everything were finished and wrapped before Christmas eve. We had a massive baking session this weekend and we have way too many cookies. The dog tried to help with the oversupply of cookies and ate a dozen snowball cookies while we were out. I guess she just wanted to share in the Christmas spirit! It's those funny memories that make the holidays special. You don't have to do anything spectacular just to enjoy the company of friends and family.
We will have special holiday hours during the next two weeks so that we may celebrate with our families. Christmas Eve (Thursday) we will be open from 10-2 so that last minute shoppers can finish their shopping. We will be closed Christmas (Friday), as well as Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, December 26th, 27th, and 28th. We will be open Tuesday from 10-7 and Wednesday from 10-4 as usual. Thursday, December 31st we will be open from 10-2. We will be closed New Year's Day, Friday January 1st. We will be open on Saturday, January 2nd from 10-4.
Our new newsletter with all of our events for January through April went out in the mail on Friday. We are really excited about the new classes, new blocks of the month, and a new shop hop that we will be doing this winter. The newsletter will be on our website shortly. We will have a Class Open House on Saturday, January 9th when you can view all of the samples for the new classes.
